At Mobile Cat Society, our mission is to protect, advocate for, and improve the lives of community cats and vulnerable felines throughout Mobile and the surrounding areas. We are a foster-based, volunteer-driven rescue committed to saving cats who are often overlooked, such as those facing medical challenges, disabilities, abandonment, neglect, or imminent euthanasia by providing them with safety, healing, and a second chance at life.

We believe that every cat deserves dignity, compassion, and the opportunity to thrive, regardless of age, health status, or background. Our work centers on rescue, rehabilitation, and responsible placement, ensuring that each cat in our care receives individualized medical treatment, behavioral support, and the time they need to recover both physically and emotionally before finding a loving, permanent home.

Beyond rescue, Mobile Cat Society is deeply committed to education, advocacy, and community support. We strive to reduce feline overpopulation and suffering through humane solutions, public education, and collaboration with local shelters, veterinarians, and animal welfare partners. By empowering our community with resources, knowledge, and empathy, we work to create long-term change that benefits both cats and the people who care for them.

We are driven by the belief that rescue is not just about saving lives, it’s about building relationships, fostering trust, and creating a more compassionate community. Through transparency, storytelling, and grassroots fundraising, we invite our supporters to be part of each cat’s journey, celebrating not only survival, but transformation.

Mobile Cat Society exists to ensure that no cat is invisible, no story goes unheard, and no life is disposable.

Together, we are building a safer, kinder future for cats. One rescue at a time.
